RMA# Application

Please fill out the RMA# Application form if you are experiencing a hardware problem with your DAL product.   

Repair Information

  • Any product sent to DAL without a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.
  • All RMAs are subject to the terms and conditions of DAL's RMA Policies
  • A bench fee of $50.00 USD may be applicable for any product not under warranty.
  • Assuming the conditions of the warranty have not been violated, no bench fee will be applied for any product under warranty.


All implied warranties, including warranties on merchantability and fitness, are limited in time to the length of this warranty. Some states do not allow time limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Digital Audio Labs’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of its product. Digital Audio Labs shall in no way be held liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of its product or software, including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Within the US
If you live in the United States, and believe your DAL product needs service, please contact our Technical Support Team via email or (952) 401-7700 for preauthorization.

Outside the US
If you live outside of the United States, contact your local distributor for warranty service.


RMA Policy

The RMA number is valid for 14 days. If the product is not received within 14 days after RMA number is issued, the authorization will expire.

The RMA number that has been assigned must be clearly displayed on the shipping label.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.

  • Normal processing time is 10 business days.
  • Customer must package the products properly. All items should be wrapped in anti-static plastic bags and there should be at least one inch of cushioning material such as peanuts between the item and the walls of the box.
  • Do not include any accessories, i.e. box, manual, installation disk, cables, with the return.
  • Digital Audio Labs is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during transit by the shipping company.
  • Damaged items are NOT eligible for warranty.
  • Digital Audio Labs is NOT responsible for any package lost during shipping. We suggest that customers obtain a receipt of any packages shipped back to us.
  • Digital Audio Labs is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to customers via UPS Ground.

Customer may elect and pay for expedited shipping such as: Next-Day Air, 2nd-Day Air, or 3-Day Select.
